Annual is all over and as usual, wished I could have been there but blogs will have to do for now for this very distant International Member. As an International Member though, I am intrigued by a resolution passed at Council III - “Resolution in Suport of Immigrants Rights to Free Public Library Access“. I’ll post some comments about it when I get to read the final text.
