I’m now in beautiful Montreal, Canada spending a couple of days north before flying to San Francisco for one day to see the Matthew Barney exhibit at SFMOMA and then to Tokyo for a week. I like coming to Canada in the midst of having been and returning to the US.

Before I arrived in Montreal, I spent the week since ALA in New York, covering some old ground and returning to favourite spaces, as well as spending a lot more time on the Lower East Side. I went to a rooftop party for the 4th of July fireworks (so New York - Sydney apartments do not have rooftop areas) which was fun. I also happened to be at ABC No Rio when they found out they had bought their building from the city. Hooray!
